General terms of sale — last updated July 2026. These standard terms apply to business-to-business (B2B) transactions unless a signed supply agreement states otherwise.

1. Trade accounts

Pricing, ordering and credit facilities are available to approved trade accounts. We may request company registration, tax and trade-reference details before opening an account. Prices are shown to signed-in account holders.

2. Prices

Prices are in US Dollars and exclusive of VAT, customs duties and local taxes, which are your responsibility. Prices may change due to manufacturer revisions, currency movements or availability; the applicable price is the one confirmed on your order acknowledgement. A minimum order value of USD 2,000 (excluding shipping) applies.

3. Quotations & orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated (typically 14 days) and subject to stock being unsold. An order is binding once we issue an order acknowledgement. Stock is not reserved until an order is confirmed.

4. Payment

Standard payment is by bank transfer in advance, or by card where offered. Net credit terms may be granted to approved accounts subject to assessment. Title to goods passes only on full payment.

5. Delivery & logistics

Goods are dispatched from the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), UAE, to destinations across the MENA region (excluding the UAE). Shipping is charged by chargeable weight. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days of a confirmed, paid order. Duties and clearance at destination are your responsibility unless agreed. Please report visible damage or shortage within 3 business days of delivery.

6. Product information

Product descriptions, images and technical values are provided by Siemens AG and reproduced in good faith. You are responsible for confirming a product is suitable for your application by its official Siemens datasheet and article number (MLFB). Images are illustrative; the delivered article is defined by its MLFB.

7. Warranty

Products carry the standard Siemens manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for the period and under the conditions defined by Siemens AG. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, unsuitable application, unauthorised modification or normal wear.

8. Returns

Returns are handled under our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Trademarks & governing law

Siemens, SENTRON, SIRIUS, SIMOCODE, SINOVA and SINOPLUS are registered trademarks of Siemens AG; product content is © Siemens AG, used under partner agreement. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
