Dispatch & destinations

Goods are dispatched from the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), UAE, to destinations across the MENA region (excluding the UAE). Stock is held locally in JAFZA for fast regional fulfilment.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged by chargeable weight (the greater of actual and volumetric weight). Your shipping cost is confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Lead times

In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days of a confirmed, paid order. Items not held in stock are available to order, with a lead time confirmed on quotation.

Duties & clearance

Duties and customs clearance at the destination are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damage & shortages

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any visible damage or shortage within 3 business days of delivery so we can assist with a claim.
